ScottishPower in Glasgow seeks a Learning Consultancy Manager to lead the Learning Consultancy team and shape the methodologies, governance and assurance for high‑quality capability solutions. You will partner with Learning Partners to translate priorities into capability requirements and ensure scalable outcomes.

Role focuses on embedding capability architecture, proficiency standards and learning pathways within a Skills Based Organisation, while aligning with workforce planning and governance

Qualifications

• Experience leading organisational capability, learning consultancy or workforce capability functions.

Responsabilités

• Lead and continuously improve the Learning Consultancy operating model, establishing methodologies, standards, governance and assurance processes that support effective capability planning and delivery.
• Lead the development of the capability and skills architecture underpinning ScottishPower's Skills Based Organisation approach, including skills frameworks, proficiency standards, learning pathways and associated governance
• Establish enterprise standards that enable consistent and scalable capability solutions across the organisation
• Ensure skills frameworks and capability architecture support workforce planning, talent, mobility, succession and capability development priorities
• Lead and develop the Learning Consultancy team, ensuring consultancy capability, capacity and expertise are deployed effectively against organisational priorities
• Support Learning Partners with frameworks, tools, specialist expertise and governance to identify, prioritise and commission capability solutions
• Establish and assure standards for capability solution design, commissioning, implementation and evaluation
• Maintain oversight of capability priorities, risks, and opportunities for enterprise-wide improvement
• Use data and stakeholder feedback to inform prioritisation and enhance capability outcomes
