Job summary

ScottishPower is seeking a Senior Organisational Capability Consultant in Glasgow, with hybrid onsite work (3 days in person). The role focuses on strategic talent management, succession and leadership development across the organisation, partnering with leaders to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will design programmes, manage external partners, and use data to prioritise and improve capability initiatives while aligning with the Clean Energy 2030 agenda and net-zero goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering organisation-wide talent management and leadership development initiatives.
• Experience translating business priorities into targeted development solutions.
• Strong ability to work in a complex, regulated or multi-business organisation.
• Partner with senior leaders to diagnose needs, influence decisions and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Experience with talent reviews, succession planning and leadership pipelines.
• Proven ability to use data and insight to assess impact and improve interventions.
