The role focuses on turning data into actionable insight, building dashboards and analytics, and aligning workforce strategy with business needs. You will communicate complex findings to senior audiences and collaborate across teams.

• Combined internal data with market or workforce insights to shape plans.
• Explained complex findings to senior and non-technical audiences.
• Challenged assumptions and suggested better options.
• Collaborated to help others use insights effectively.
• Desirable: talent acquisition, workforce planning, people analytics or labour-market intelligence.
• Experience with talent-market platforms like LinkedIn Talent Insights or Recruiter is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL, data modelling, automation or cross-system data integration is useful.
• Experience analysing recruitment funnels, diversity outcomes or candidate experience.
