Job summary

ALOIS UK is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead recruitment for one headcount in a highly regulated environment. You will source and onboard senior talent, manage the full lifecycle, and partner with stakeholders to build pipelines and drive workforce planning.

Qualifications

CIPD Level 5 qualification with significant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment and onboarding.
Proven track record sourcing specialist and hard-to-fill roles via direct sourcing and talent attraction.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practice, employment legislation and DEI principles.
Experience managing full recruitment lifecycle and building talent pipelines.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels.
Experience using recruitment data/analytics for insights and reporting.
Experience in government/public sector/energy/engineering/science or highly regulated environments.
Experience developing EVP and employer branding initiatives.
Experience designing onboarding, integration and retention programmes.
Experience supporting workforce planning and large-scale recruitment campaigns.
