Comxps Ltd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support a government client on a 12-month contract. The candidate should demonstrate significant in-house recruitment experience, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

The role focuses on sourcing specialist and hard-to-fill roles, applying best-practice recruitment methods, and ensuring compliance with employment law and DEI principles.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification with significant in-house recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to source specialist and hard-to-fill roles via direct sourcing and talent attraction methods.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practice, employment legislation and DEI principles.

We are looking for a professional who has spent a significant amount actively working in a dedicated (in-house) recruitment role. We need someone that can work with tricky stakeholder groups and be able to influence them and not afraid to challenge at all levels.

Essential:

• CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) with significant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment and onboarding within a growing or complex organisation.
• Proven track record of sourcing specialist and hard-to-fill roles through a range of direct sourcing and talent attraction methods.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practice, employment legislation and diversity, equity and inclusion principles.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle and building effective talent pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience using recruitment data and analytics to provide insights, reporting and recommendations, alongside excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
