GIOS Technology Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead recruitment strategy and delivery across complex organisations in the UK. You will oversee sourcing, onboarding, and the full lifecycle, partnering with stakeholders to align talent plans with business needs.

The ideal candidate holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent), has proven experience in direct sourcing of specialist roles, and can build robust talent pipelines while ensuring compliance with UK

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent, with strong experience in talent acquisition, recruitment and onboarding within complex organisations.
• Proven ability to source specialist and hard-to-fill candidates through direct sourcing and talent attraction strategies.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle and building effective talent pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation, recruitment best practices and DE&I principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence hiring managers at all levels.
• Strong skills in recruitment analytics, reporting and process improvement.
