Job summary

Simply Business is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 6-month fixed term contract. You will own the full hiring journey, sourcing and screening candidates while representing Simply Business with external networks to build diverse talent pools and deliver an inclusive interview experience.

The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, strong stakeholder collaboration, and delivering a positive candidate experience through proactive communication and brand advocacy.

Qualifications

• Ability to build strong working relationships within the organisation and external networks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience negotiating with candidates.
• Working in a compliance environment.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing top talent through direct channels, including personal networks and social media.
• Screening candidates against role requirements and core values.
• Brand ambassadorship across industry networks and talent communities.
• End-to-end ownership of the recruitment lifecycle from briefs to interviews and offers.
• Deliver clear, timely, professional candidate communications to ensure a positive journey.
