Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including resume screening and interviews.
• Act as a trusted advisor to management on recruitment best practices.
• Manage the interview scheduling process and maintain candidate communication.
• Prepare and submit a detailed monthly report on temporary labour spend.
