Job summary

Greencore is recruiting an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to build strategic partnerships across IT, Central Technical and Central Engineering functions. The role focuses on workforce planning, proactive talent solutions, and credible market insight to shape recruitment decisions.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, partner with business areas, and use data to identify trends and opportunities to secure top talent as the company grows across the UK and US.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a complex or multi-site organisation.
• Exceptional business partnering and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial and organisational awareness linked to business outcomes.
• Experience using talent market intelligence and recruitment data to influence decisions.
• Expertise across attraction, sourcing and talent pooling strategies.
• Highly organised and analytical with ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers and HR colleagues, understanding priorities and talent needs.
• Partner with the business to translate requirements into proactive TA strategies and plans.
• Lead talent and vacancy planning conversations and advise on the best recruitment approach.
• Run intake sessions to uncover real business requirements and success profiles.
• Influence stakeholders using data, labour market intelligence and insights.
• Develop sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, market mapping and headhunting.
