Job summary

Greencore in Leeds is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to shape recruitment across IT, Central Technical & Central Engineering, partnering with senior stakeholders to align talent strategy with business goals.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, build proactive talent pipelines, lead market intel and data-driven sourcing, and influence hiring decisions in a fast‑growing food manufacturing group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Talent Acquisition Partner or Business Partner in a complex, multi-site org.
• Exceptional business partnering and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial sense and ability to link TA activity to business outcomes.
• Experience using talent market intelligence and recruitment data to shape strategy.
• Expertise in attraction, sourcing, and talent pools, including headhunting.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers and HR colleagues.
• Develop proactive TA strategies aligned to workforce plans and business needs.
• Lead intake sessions to understand real business requirements and available talent market.
• Advise on recruitment best practices, technology, assessment, and compliance.
• Own end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of roles with high-quality candidate experience.
• Use TA data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and drive recommendations.
