You’ll shape sourcing strategies, partner with Talent Brand, and drive improvements to recruitment markets while delivering a world-class candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a full-lifecycle recruiter within financial services.
• Ability to move beyond tactical recruiting to strategic hiring strategies and stakeholder advisory.
• Curious mindset to understand roles and discuss challenges meaningfully.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end talent acquisition for Analytics and Professional hiring.
• Serve as the trusted partner for business areas, influencing people strategy.
• Develop and implement long-term sourcing strategies for pipelines.
