Job summary

Worldwiders is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join its London team, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition. You will lead recruitment across the UK, Europe and the Middle East, delivering executive-style searches with hands-on headhunting and strategic candidate engagement.

You will build specialist pipelines, advise hiring managers, and manage from briefing to offer across multiple markets. The role combines pace with business insight in a fast-growing data centre sector.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment or executive search.
• Strong direct-sourcing and candidate-engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and partner with hiring managers.
• Experience in international recruitment is advantageous.
• Experience recruiting across data centres, construction, engineering, infrastructure, energy or real estate development is essentional.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and international markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and shape search strategies.
• Identify and engage passive talent through direct sourcing, market mapping and networking.
• Interview and assess candidates, presenting clear recommendations.
• Manage recruitment process through interviews, feedback, offers and pre-onboarding.
• Build pipelines for current and future hiring across the data centre lifecycle.
• Provide insight into talent availability, compensation and market conditions.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and deliver a professional candidate experience.
• Help establish practical recruitment processes, tools and ways of working for the new department.
