Greencore seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team after our recent integration with Bakkavor. You will partner with senior leaders and HR colleagues across IT, Central Technical & Central Engineering to shape recruitment strategies and build proactive talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience operating as a Talent Acquisition Partner / Business Partner in a complex, matrix or multi-site organisation.
• Exceptional business partnering and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and translate requirements into effective talent solutions.
• Strong commercial and organisational awareness, connecting TA activity to wider business outcomes.
• Experience using talent market intelligence, recruitment data and insight to influence decisions and shape recruitment strategy.
• Expertise across attraction, sourcing and talent pooling, including market mapping and headhunting.
• Highly organised and analytical, capable of managing competing priorities with quality and pace.
• Proactive, curious and adaptable; able to work autonomously and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers and HR colleagues, becoming a credible TA Business Partner.
• Partner with the business beyond vacancies to translate requirements into proactive TA strategies.
• Lead talent and vacancy planning discussions and advise on best approaches to attract and secure talent.
• Run intake and discovery sessions to understand real business requirements and success profiles.
• Influence stakeholders using recruitment expertise, labour market intelligence and data.
• Develop and deliver targeted sourcing and attraction strategies, including headhunting and campaigns.
• Advise on talent availability, competitor activity, salary expectations and market trends.
• Own end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of roles, balancing strategic partnering with delivery.
• Use TA data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and translate into actions.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future needs.
