Job summary

Parser Limited in London is seeking a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner to own recruitment strategy across technology, data, and product. You will partner with senior leaders to shape hiring plans, define roles, and build scalable sourcing channels.

This role combines hands-on recruitment with strategic market insights, end-to-end delivery, and a global mindset. You will influence hiring decisions, map talent, and nurture strong relationships with Hiring Managers to secure top technology

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience across technology, software engineering, data, AI, or product.
• Strong knowledge of the UK technology talent landscape with credible market insights and hiring recommendations.
• Proven experience partnering with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders in a consultative recruitment capacity.
• Excellent direct sourcing, talent mapping, market research, and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to challenge hiring requirements and advise stakeholders on talent strategy.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted talent advisor to Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders, providing guidance on hiring strategy, role requirements, market conditions, and talent availability.
• Own end-to-end recruitment across technology, engineering, data, AI, and product roles, from briefing to offer and hire.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping across the UK tech landscape, delivering insights on skills, compensation, and availability.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to shape requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and develop sourcing strategies.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
• Use recruitment data and market insights to influence hiring decisions and improve recruitment processes.
