Job summary

The Rec Hub is recruiting a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Technology to support tech hiring for a global client. This hybrid London role requires end-to-end recruitment across product, software, cloud, networks, and telco architecture, with a UK focus.

You will partner with the business, optimise processes, and deliver high-quality hires efficiently. You'll build strong relationships with hiring managers, source top talent, and drive continuous improvement in our hiring approach to support

Contract

Hybrid - London - 3 days in office

We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support one of our clients with their technology hiring. You'll need to know how to hire technical people (a mix of product, software engineers, cloud, networks, and telco architecture) for a global organisation.

You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.

What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areas - with a focus on the UK.

• Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions

• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers

• Source top talent through creative and strategic methods

• Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience

• Drive continuous improvement in how we hire

• Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 months
