Job summary

TfGM Greater Manchester (Piccadilly Place) is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to turn talent, inclusion and workforce priorities into practical improvements in recruitment and candidate experience in Manchester.

You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and lead on ED&I initiatives, workforce planning, governance of suppliers, and use labour-market information to drive evidence-led decisions. This is a permanent role with a salary of £43,335 - £48,087 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering recruitment, talent, inclusion, or workforce projects, including ED&I initiatives and workforce-planning activities.
• Ability to turn workforce, recruitment, and labour-market data into practical actions.
• Strong stakeholder management, planning and communication skills, with CIPD membership or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver recruitment, talent, inclusion, and workforce initiatives from planning through to completion.
• Coordinate actions, milestones, dependencies and risks; produce evidence of progress and impact.
• Improve recruitment processes and systems; strengthen governance and supplier arrangements.
