Job summary

JDR Recruitment in Hyde, Manchester is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a busy team. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial brief through to onboarding, and collaborate with hiring managers, candidates and internal teams in Denton and Hyde.

This temporary role offers a 37.5-hour week with potential to go permanent. The successful candidate will source candidates, screen applications, arrange interviews, and manage candidate pipelines while upholding recruitment

Qualifications

• Prior recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
• Confident speaking with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Experience using recruitment systems and job boards.
• DBS check clearance.

Competitive salary | 37.5 hours per week | Temporary to Permanent | Hyde, Manchester

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a busy recruitment team based in Hyde, Manchester. This role would suit someone with previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience who enjoys working with people and managing vacancies from the initial brief through to onboarding.

You'll work closely with hiring managers, candidates and internal teams, taking ownership of the recruitment process and helping the business attract and appoint the right people.

The role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing vacancies from initial briefing through to offer.
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
• Reviewing applications and shortlisting suitable candidates.
• Conducting telephone and video interviews.
• Arranging interviews with hiring managers.
• Providing recruitment updates to hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Managing candidate pipelines and keeping recruitment records up to date.
• Supporting offers, pre-employment checks and onboarding.
• Building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Identifying ways to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

What we're looking for

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a similar role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good organisation and time-management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• Confidence speaking with candidates and hiring managers.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
• Experience using recruitment systems and job boards.
• The ability to successfully pass a DBS check.
