Job summary

JoJo Maman Bébé is seeking a Sustainability Manager to shape strategy and drive progress across product sustainability, packaging, and compliance. Hybrid role in Battersea with cross‑functional collaboration and leadership of sustainability initiatives.

You will own data reporting, regulatory tracking, and the Climate Action Plan while ensuring traceable, evidence-based green claims. The role requires strong data skills and stakeholder engagement across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sustainability, compliance or quality role with a track record of leading ESG, compliance or sustainability agendas.
• Knowledge of product legislation (ESPR, DPP, PPWR) or supply chain compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Shape our sustainability strategy and roadmap for product, packaging and the wider business.
• Lead reporting for sustainable materials, regulatory compliance and external reporting.
• Develop and manage Responsible Sourcing initiatives and supplier engagement.
• Collaborate with design, buying, tech and finance to advance circular design and traceability of green claims.
• Prepare sustainability updates for senior leadership and support external audits.
