Job summary

JoJo is seeking a Sustainability Manager in London (Hybrid) to shape and implement the company’s sustainability strategy across product, packaging and operations. You’ll lead a small team, coordinate with Design, Buying, Finance and Marketing, and ensure robust evidence for all green claims.

The role supports regulatory compliance and external reporting, including B Corp initiatives. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to drive climate actions, monitor regulatory changes, and communicate

Qualifications

• Experience in a sustainability, compliance or quality role within fashion or retail contexts.
• Knowledge of product legislation (PSPR/PPWR) or supply chain compliance frameworks.
• Strong data culture with dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Shaping our sustainability strategy and roadmap for product, packaging and business.
• Overseeing material sustainability and circular design projects with cross‑functional teams.
• Ensuring compliance, external reporting and certifications (B Corp) where applicable.
• Managing monthly sustainability data reporting and system improvements.
