M3 EU Central Services seeks a Sustainability Compliance Lead to own the global sustainability compliance programme. You will manage EcoVadis submissions, assist with MSA negotiations, and ensure alignment with UK/EU reporting requirements.

You’ll coordinate with MR and procurement teams to maintain up-to-date policies. The role involves tracking regulatory developments, maintaining emissions data, and contributing to sustainability thought leadership through webinars and client calls.

Formación

• 3-5 years in sustainability/ESG with EcoVadis submissions.
• Experience responding to client sustainability questionnaires (B2B/pharma/healthcare).
• Experience supporting contract/MSA negotiations.
• Working knowledge of carbon accounting and GHG data collection.

Responsabilidades

• Own EcoVadis submissions for entities and improve scores year over year.
• Audit sustainability policies and employee handbook for consistency and procurement alignment.
• Complete client sustainability questionnaires and RFP sections on time.
• Support colleagues during MSA negotiations with sustainability data requests.
• Maintain supplier due diligence aligned with UK/EU requirements.
• Maintain data on emissions, energy, and waste for reporting.
