Job summary

Joules, headquartered at The Barn, Market Harborough, is seeking an Assistant Sustainability Technologist to join the Quality and Technical team. The role focuses on recording, maintaining, and reporting CSR, legal compliance and EPR data to support sustainability objectives.

You will work onsite, engage with NEXT group colleagues, and help prepare regulatory submissions while ensuring data accuracy and timely communications across internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with CSR data, sustainability reporting or EPR is preferred.
• Strong data handling and accuracy skills.
• Ability to communicate findings to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Record, maintain and report CSR and ESG data accurately.
• Liaise with NEXT group and internal teams for timely communication.
• Support EPR submissions and regulatory reporting.
• Assist in supplier audits and renewal date tracking.
• Prepare progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor waste management and recycling data for EPR compliance.
