Job summary

IPS (Part of the Culina Group) is recruiting a Supply Chain Planner for our St Helens site on a full-time basis. You will work with customers and coordinate with Production, Warehouse and Quality to meet expectations and deadlines.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm. The role covers stock monitoring, order expediting, customer updates and cross-department collaboration to ensure projekts launch smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock management, MRP, planning, logistics and production supply.
• Proactive and adaptable with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and order stock of ingredients and packaging to meet production needs.
• Expedite and delay orders as required to satisfy deadlines.
• Communicate with customers to manage expectations of issues.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure new projects launch successfully.
• Develop and maintain data systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Organise logistics and booking for warehouse movements.
• Manage purchase orders and stock reconciliations.
