• Ability to work effectively in a team while taking ownership of an allocated customer base.

Responsibilities

• Manage an allocated customer base and respond to requests for spare parts, quotations, and order information.
• Receive customer enquiries and record accurate information in the relevant systems.
• Follow up open enquiries and orders, providing customers with clear and timely progress updates.
• Coordinate with internal supply chain departments to confirm availability, lead times, and delivery information.
• Communicate with multiple suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve order or service issues.
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation, and order records.
• Support the wider team with additional customer service and administrative tasks when priorities change.
