Job summary

Incora is seeking an exceptional Supplier Account Manager (Derby) to manage supplier relationships, ensuring OTIF delivery and a strong focus on quality and safety. You will drive continuous improvement, capacity planning, and rate readiness while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires travel to supplier sites and periodic visits to Europe, leveraging your experience in aerospace/manufacturing and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Exceptional relationship management with a track record of solving issues and meeting customer needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome roadblocks in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems used in supply chain and operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with AI tools to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships to ensure On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery and align with customer expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement, capacity planning and rate readiness.
• Travel to supplier sites; occasional visits to Europe 2–3 times per year; represent Incora values externally.
