Job summary

Incora is seeking a Programme Manager to join our Programme & Implementations function at our site in Derby. You will oversee implementations across the function, from new contracts and renewals to business improvement initiatives, ensuring projects run on time and to budget.

Reporting to the Programme Director, you will use planning tools to support decision making, manage escalations, and establish governance through stakeholder engagement across the business.

Qualifications

• You will have previous Project Management experience and a relevant certification (Prince2 etc.).
• You can manage high volume, fast paced projects effectively.
• You will have knowledge/experience of contract implementations, compliance, and trade/compliance in an EMEA environment.
• Previous experience in aerospace industry is essential.
• You will demonstrate excellent commercial and business acumen.
• You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Some procurement experience would be beneficial (purchasing and profitability strategies).
• You will have strong MS Office skills and experience with Copilot or AI tools.
