Job summary

Rubicon Consulting is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer for its Lincoln Main Works site on a 6 month rolling contract. The role sits with six engineers and acts as the critical link between external suppliers and internal manufacturing, ensuring parts are delivered on time and to spec.

You will manage supplier non-conformance, containments and root-cause analysis, drive improvements for coating and casting, and work with Quality, Lab, Engineering and Operations to protect the build line from

Qualifications

• Hands-on supplier quality experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and QA tools/methods.
• Root-cause analysis and improvement activity in high-volume settings.
• Ability to manage and update trackers and KPI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier non-conformance, containment and root-cause resolution.
• Process concessions and change requests with suppliers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Quality, Laboratory, Engineering and Operations to protect the build line.
