Rubicon Recruitment is seeking a Quality Engineer for a manufacturing business in Poole who takes pride in getting quality right first time. You'll manage customer returns, lead root cause investigations and support the quality system.

Working closely with production and inspection teams, you will drive first article inspection and ensure compliance with AS9100 or ISO 9001 standards. The role suits experienced, methodical professionals in aerospace or automotive environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a quality role within manufacturing.
• Familiar with 8D problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Experience with AS9100 or ISO 9001 is highly valued.
• Knowledge of first article inspections and quality systems.
