NewDay is seeking a Head of Technology Relationships & Cost Management to shape our strategic technology partnerships and governance. You will balance cost, risk, resilience and performance while guiding executive-level engagement with key suppliers and driving commercial outcomes.

You will work across Technology, Procurement, Risk and Finance to ensure measurable value from strategic partnerships, renewals and technology investments that support long-term business goals.

Formación

• Experience leading strategic technology supplier relationships.
• Proven track record of driving partner performance improvements.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives.
• Knowledge of supplier governance, commercial frameworks and contract management.
• Understanding of third-party risk, operational resilience and regulatory expectations.
• Ability to balance commercial value with performance and strategic outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead relationships with key technology partners and strategic suppliers.
• Develop partnership strategies aligned to technology and business priorities.
• Build trusted executive-level relationships to enable innovation and value creation.
• Drive accountability for supplier performance, service quality and resilience.
• Partner with Procurement and Supplier Management on sourcing, renewal and commercial activities.
• Influence contract renewals, investments and remediation plans.
