Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement experience in aerospace/defence/high-tech sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and drive performance improvement.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full end-to-end procurement cycle for major space projects.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans aligned with project timelines.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard high-technology suppliers for critical components.
• Manage NDAs, SLAs, RFQ, RFPs.
• Conduct robust negotiations with suppliers to secure terms, pricing, and delivery.
• Ensure strict compliance with procurement procedures and policies.
• Maintain reporting on procurement status, issues, and deliverables to leadership.
• Collaborate with Engineering to support component needs during design and proposal phases.
