Job summary

Spacetech International seeks an experienced procurement professional to lead end-to-end sourcing for space projects. You will interface between the project office, engineering, and the global supply chain to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of high-quality components for space flight.

The role requires 5+ years in aerospace procurement, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams including Project Office, Engineering, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in procurement, aerospace, defence or high-tech sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and drive performance.
• Excellent communication across multidisciplinary teams (Project Office, Engineering, Finance).
• Proactive, detail-oriented with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full end-to-end procurement cycle for major space projects.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans aligned with project timelines.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard new high-technology suppliers for critical components.
• Manage NDAs, SLAs, RFQ, and RFP processes.
• Conduct robust negotiations to secure terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external procurement procedures and policies.
• Provide clear reporting on procurement status, issues, and deliverables to leadership.
• Collaborate with Engineering to support component needs during design and proposals.
