Job summary

ClearSpace in London is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, supplier management, and contracting. This hands-on role sits within a growing function, requiring solid procurement experience in technical or industrial environments and close collaboration with the Director, Procurement and Supply Chain.

You will shape commercial execution, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with import/export regulations while building a robust procurement operation across the UK.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in procurement or supply chain within the European Space market.
• Experience with contract negotiation and SOW drafting.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with ERP and supply chain management software.
• Strong organisational and cross-functional communication skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support negotiation and execution of supplier contracts, MSAs, and SOWs.
• Draft SOWs with clear scope, deliverables, milestones, KPIs, and pricing.
• Act as day-to-day commercial contact for assigned suppliers.
• Flag commercial risks and propose cost-saving opportunities.
• Support the local implementation of ClearSpace's supply chain strategy and Make-or-Buy analysis.
• Manage day-to-day procurement operations to secure timely, cost-effective materials and services.
• Build vendor relationships and negotiate terms within delegated authority.
• Monitor supplier performance and support reviews, audits, and corrective actions. Ensure compliance with relevant import/export regulations.

The Role

The Procurement Manager will support and execute ClearSpace's procurement and supply chain activities from our London office, working closely with the Director, Procurement and Supply Chain on sourcing, supplier management, and contracting. This is a hands-on role within a function being built from the ground up, ideal for someone with solid procurement experience in a technical or industrial environment.

Role Responsibilities

Commercial Execution

• Support negotiation and execution of supplier contracts, MSAs, and SOWs.

• Familiarity with ERP and supply chain management software.
• Strong organisational and cross-functional communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
