Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to work with large enterprise users, map requirements to Stripe technology, and design robust payment solutions. You’ll partner with Sales to qualify opportunities and articulate architectural value for complex, mission-critical environments.

You will engage cross-functionally from Cx to Product Engineering, delivering credible technical guidance while enabling customers to achieve strong business outcomes with Stripe.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in pre-sales or technical architecture roles.
• Deep understanding of software architecture and APIs.
• Experience with large enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with CTOs and engineering leads to share roadmaps and define strategy.
• Lead technical discussions and solution deep dives with users.
• Advocate for customer needs with product teams to influence direction.
• Plan quarterly business reviews and identify new opportunities.
• Create technical content and speak at conferences as a thought leader.
