You will prepare proposals, manage the sales pipeline, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding while maintaining CRM records and monitoring market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills including lead generation, consultative selling and pipeline management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to present solutions clearly and build rapport.
• High-quality customer service with responsiveness and problem-solving focus.
• Training and sales management ability, including supporting demos and team initiatives.
• Experience in B2B telecoms or technology solutions sales is advantageous.
• On-site work in Basildon, ability to meet targets and manage time effectively.
• Comfort with CRM tools, basic IT proficiency, and data-driven performance tracking.
• Relevant degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field is an advantage.
