Job summary

Santander is seeking a Compliance & Reporting Manager to lead the Regulatory Engagement and Reporting team in the United Kingdom. You will oversee SMCR processes, regulatory reporting, horizon scanning and change management, partnering with Risk, Legal, HR and Compliance.

The role is hybrid with a requirement to be in the Redhill office at least 3 days a week. You will guide senior stakeholders, manage regulatory relationships and develop MI for governance forums, while promoting a strong

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Compliance, Risk or Regulatory environments.
• Strong knowledge of FCA regulations, SMCR, regulatory reporting and risk management.
• Experience leading regulatory change management and horizon scanning.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for general compliance, regulatory reporting and horizon scanning.
• Lead SMCR oversight, governance records and regulatory requirements.
• Develop horizon scanning framework and identify emerging regulatory changes.
• Manage regulatory change activity and ensure changes are implemented.
• Coordinate preparation and submission of regulatory reports with governance.
