Job summary

A global financial services group seeks a Senior Analyst in Regulatory Risk to support compliance efforts and ensure adherence to regulatory expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in a compliance or risk function within financial services. This position offers hybrid working arrangements with 3 days a week required in London and exceptional benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a compliance, risk, or other support function role within financial services.
• Understanding of the UK regulatory environment, particularly SMCR and related accountability frameworks, is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Managers with documentation and oversight of reasonable steps framework under SMCR.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of SMCR frameworks.
• Provide guidance on governance standards.
