ICAEW is supporting a global FMCG manufacturing organisation in the recruitment of a Site Financial Controller for a large, complex facility. This highly visible role sits on the site leadership team and partners with operations to drive value through financial leadership and strategic development.

You will lead a team of Finance Business Partners and Analysts, own budgeting, forecasting, reporting and balance sheet governance, and contribute to capital decisions and continuous improvement

Competenze

• Qualified accountant with manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading finance teams in a complex environment.
• Strong costing, budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
• Proven ability to partner with operations and senior stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Lead site finance activities across manufacturing and supply chain.
• Provide robust financial insight and challenge to operational stakeholders.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Drive labour, manufacturing, and working capital improvements.
• Support site strategy and capital investment decisions.
• Lead month-end, balance sheet ownership, controls and audit readiness.
• Develop and mentor a finance team in a fast-paced setting.
• Utilise SAP S/4HANA for reporting and insights.
