Job summary

4FINGERS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Development Manager (Leasing and Project Management) to lead site sourcing, lease negotiations, and end-to-end store expansion in Singapore.

You will oversee renovations, ensure brand standards, coordinate with Finance, Legal, Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, and conduct regular store audits.

The role requires 5+ years in a related field, a hospitality/marketing/business degree, and willingness to travel; own transport preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Hospitality, Marketing or Business.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in a similar role.
• Experience in F&B and/or retail chain industries is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and possess own transport.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and secure new restaurant sites in line with business strategy.
• Negotiate lease agreements and manage relationships with landlords and agents.
• Plan and manage renovation, refurbishment, and fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely openings and cost optimization.
• Oversee facility management and annual budget for repair and maintenance.
• Provide regular project progress reporting to senior management.
