Job summary

Ceridian HCM, Inc. is seeking a Professional Services Sales Consultant to lead the strategic Services Sales and Advisory efforts. You will shape and sell implementation and value-added services that help customers achieve outcomes and accelerate value from Dayforce.

Collaborate with Sales Executives, Solutions Consultants and partners to develop delivery strategies, identify add-on opportunities and create compelling service proposals for senior client stakeholders across the UKI/EMEA region.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software industry experience, including 4 years in solution design and implementation or HCM consulting.
• Strong technology, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience guiding prospects through the full sales cycle: presentations, design and services proposals.

Responsibilities

• Shape and sell implementation and value-added services to enable customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales, solutions consultants and partners to align roadmaps with customer needs.
• Define project scope, timelines and roles to accelerate value delivery.
• Develop and present solution designs and service proposals leveraging Dayforce capabilities.
• Engage senior/executive stakeholders and build cross-functional relationships.
