Job summary

The Coastal Collaborative Trust is seeking an exceptional SEND and inclusion leader to take on a high-impact improvement role across the trust, with an initial deployment at Lytham St Annes High School, whilst leading central support for all SEND services.

This is not a SENCO role. You will work alongside established SENCOs, providing strategic leadership, professional support, and rigorous quality assurance to strengthen systems, develop people, and embed sustainable improvement.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience or substantial middle leadership experience in a school/trust/local authority setting.
• Teaching qualification is required.
• Strong SEND expertise with a proven track record of improving outcomes for pupils with SEND.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEND and inclusion improvement across the Coastal Collaborative Trust.
• Provide strategic leadership, professional support and rigorous quality assurance alongside established SENCOs.
• Embed high-quality inclusive teaching and develop sustainable systems across the trust.
