Oakfield Park School seeks a SENCo for its leadership team to drive strategic SEND leadership and inclusive practice across its multi-site setting. The role is part-time—three days a week—and includes acting as Designated Teacher for looked-after children, with collaboration across staff, families and external agencies.

Applicants need QTS and NPQ for SENCO or NASENCO completed before September 2024, to lead SEND provision and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

• QTS and SENCO qualification completed.
• Experience leading SEND provision within a school.
• Knowledge of the EHCP process and statutory requirements.
