Job summary

Dove House Academy, part of Solent Academies Trust, is recruiting an Annual Review Coordinator to oversee the annual review process for Education Health Care Plans. You will be the main contact between schools, parents and multi‑agency professionals to coordinate outcomes for children and young people.

The role requires excellent communication and ICT skills, resilience and teamwork. You will schedule annual reviews, ensure paperwork meets deadlines, take minutes at meetings, and support the SEN

Qualifications

• Be an excellent communicator both verbally and written.
• Have experience working in a school or education setting.
• Understand SEND and how to support pupils and families.
• Able to work as part of a team with good ICT skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce an annual review schedule and circulate amongst staff teams.
• Liaise with teaching staff to ensure paperwork meets deadlines.
• Attend and minute Annual Review meetings as agreed with SENCO.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and act as a role model.
