Job summary

Teaching Vacancies seeks an experienced Annual Review Officer in the UK to manage the annual review process for students with SEN/D. You will issue invitations, coordinate reviews and ensure timely completion within statutory timelines.

You will liaise with the Head of SEN/D, the SEN/D Assessment Manager and Learning Support Coordinators, handling administrative tasks while safeguarding students' welfare.

Qualifications

• Experience as SEN practitioner with commitment to student independence.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with empathy for students with learning difficulties or behavioural challenges.

• Implement the Annual Review process.
• Send invitations for annual reviews.
• Hold the annual reviews and manage related administrative tasks within legal Code of Practice timescales.

• An experienced SEN practitioner who is enthusiastic and committed to helping students develop skills and grow their independence.
• An effective communicator, able to work well in a team and have understanding and empathy with students who have learning difficulties, are disaffected or have other behavioural problems (training for this role will be provided)
