Job summary

DPD Group UK is seeking a Commercial Support Agent to onboard and retain a portfolio of strategic account sellers. You will manage onboarding, ensure accurate packaging and labeling, and coordinate with Health & Safety, IT, depots and transport teams for smooth operations.

The role requires strong administrative and customer service skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, retain and develop designated portfolio of strategic account sellers
• Be the first point of contact for sellers to ensure a lasting first impression
• Check seller contents, weights and parcel dimensions for sortation compatibility
• Coordinate with Health & Safety for packaging approvals and lithium battery forms
• Liaise with IT, depots, and transport teams to manage daily collections and label information
• Maintain daily onboarding progress updates and resolve seller issues
• Handle escalations and ensure responses meet SLA
• Record customer interactions in Salesforce with timely notes
