DPD Group UK is seeking a Commercial Support Agent to onboard, retain and develop a portfolio of Strategic account sellers. You will manage onboarding, verify parcel specs, liaise with Health & Safety and IT teams, and maintain Salesforce records to support ongoing seller relationships.

The role combines office-based work with home days in a 37.5-hour week. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, with experience in CRM/sales environments preferred.

Qualificações

• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and computer literacy skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience handling high volumes of customer interactions.
• Attention to detail and time management.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard, retain and develop designated Strategic account sellers through proactive telephone and email management.
• Be primary contact for sellers to create lasting impressions.
• Verify parcel contents, weights and dimensions match sortation process requirements.
• Coordinate with Health & Safety for packaging authorisations and milk bottle/liquid information.
• Obtain Lithium Battery agreements and HS17 forms; ensure accuracy before submission.
• Collaborate with IT Automation to share label information.
• Work with Depots and Regional Managers to arrange daily collections and log onboarding progress.
• Maintain Salesforce records and update notes in a timely manner.
• Handle seller queries to meet SLA and resolve escalations.
