Job summary

Proofpoint in London is seeking a PSM to act as a technical and strategic adviser to assigned customers, helping them maximize the value of Proofpoint products and managed services. You will champion customer satisfaction, retention, and program maturity while identifying expansion opportunities.

You’ll lead customer meetings, develop 12-month roadmaps, guide technical delivery across multiple services, and ensure delivery aligns with Proofpoint best practices.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in professional services, client services, sales engineering, senior technical support, IT operations or a similar technical role.
