Guernsey Electricity Limited is seeking a Scheduler on a 3-year fixed term contract based in Guernsey. You will plan and schedule works across multiple departments, collaborating with task owners and team leads to identify efficiencies and improve overall scheduling.

You will handle inquiries by phone and email, input data into company systems, and ensure tasks are prioritized and aligned with business needs.

• Identify schedule delays and facilitate timely intervention.
• Recommend actions to keep tasks and projects on time.
• Answer phones and emails, schedule/confirm appointments, input data into systems.
• Schedule tasks across departments in order of business priority.
• Realign tasks to match priority while resolving conflicts.
• Deliver excellent internal and external customer service.
• Escalate conflicts to the Planning and Scheduling Team Lead.
• Produce required reports for the Team Lead.
• Contribute to team improvements and suggest process enhancements.
