Job summary

PowerLink Energy Tech (UK) is seeking a proactive Sales and Logistics Administrator to support both sales and logistics operations from our Leeds office.

You will assist the Logistics Supervisor with bookings, payments, and stock management while supporting the Sales Manager with order processing, customer liaison, and data reporting to aid decision-making. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Strong administrative and data-capture skills.
• Preference for candidates with multilingual abilities.
• Competent with Microsoft Office and basic IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Support Logistics Supervisor with bookings, payments and stock management.
• Assist with L/C and IPR management and marine cargo insurance admin.
• Support Sales Manager with order processing and customer liaison.
• Process purchase orders and monitor stock levels.
• Maintain accurate departmental reporting and data for decisions.
