Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking a Sales Executive to develop new business relationships within the Financial Services industry, handling the full sales cycle from lead generation to close. You will act as the first level of support for B2B clients and work from our London office.

You will identify prospects, engage via cold calls, internet research, and events, and coordinate with Sales Management to qualify and close opportunities while educating clients on TransPerfect’s capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic business development or client services/Account management.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to project revenues and monitor budgets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Develop an effective understanding of TransPerfect’s services and competitive advantages.
• Identify prospective customers and organizations to target with sales activities.
• Develop new client relationships via cold calling, the Internet, and events.
• Qualify, develop and close sales opportunities in coordination with Sales Management.
• Promote and educate clients about TransPerfect’s services.
• Provide customer support and manage client expectations in collaboration with Production Management.
