Job summary

Bosch Rexroth is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join the Hägglunds team, supporting customers across industrial and heavy industry sectors. You will develop strong customer relationships and drive sales growth by delivering technical solutions across hydraulic drive systems and complete drive solutions.

Collaborate with Engineering, Production and Service teams to ensure customer success and sustainable regional growth.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience in technical sales, business development, or engineered solution sales
Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems or heavy industry equipment
Ability to prepare technical quotations and support complex sales processes

Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, OEMs and consultants
Identify and develop new business opportunities and drive regional sales growth
Provide technical guidance and pre-sales support for engineered solutions
Prepare technical and commercial quotations and support tender submissions
Monitor market trends and customer requirements to inform pricing strategies
Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Service and Quality teams to meet customer needs
Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasts and budgets
Represent Bosch Rexroth at meetings, trade shows and industry events with regional travel
