Job summary

Mane in Bristol is seeking a Sales & Contracts Coordinator on a contract basis to support Commercial Sales across regions. You will coordinate and collect final commercial requirements and liaise with cross-functional teams before final approvals, while also supporting Order Management, Customer Management, and CRM activities as needed.

The role offers growth potential and involves ensuring accuracy in product, price, and delivery, along with maintaining documentation trails and compliance

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret complex principles and assess risk.
• Experience in a commercial environment similar to OIPT (high tech, high mix).
• Experience operating order entry systems and software is essential.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is helpful.
• Strong PC literacy: MS Office, web apps, and ideally MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyse contract terms for commercial requirements and coordinate with internal departments to obtain final agreement and identify risks.
• Assist with processing customer orders across regions, ensuring delivery and communication standards are met.
• Provide regional support for customers, handling queries and complaints to reach timely resolution.
• Maintain complete paperwork trails and ensure compliance with processes.
